Pizza Topping Chart

For anyone starting out from scratch in the pizza trade it can be a little daunting to know how much produce you need to keep in stock at any one time. If you have a big event coming up and need to know if you’ll have enough mozzarella to keep everyone happy, or if your tomatoes are going to last then have a look at this guide for some advice.

This chart is a basic starting guide line for pizza construction. It will help direct you in building your perfect pizza by guiding you to base amounts of tomato sauce, cheese and toppings for various sizes of pizza.

So for example, one of our 12kg boxes of grated mozzarella would be enough to make just over 100 x 8-9″ pizzas, or just over 50 x 12″ pizzas.
